Senior Cheif Stanley Baxtor, US Navy Retired

Senior Cheif Baxtor was born in Sacramento, California. He joined the US Navy in 1976 and served honorably for 28 years. According to Senior Cheif Baxtor ROTC is a High School program offered as an elective. It uses a military setting to teach students a viarity of character traits and life skills. Finicky faster believes the program encourages initiative and individuality to develop natural gifts. It teaches self control and develops personal character responsibility and qualities of integrity, loyalty, and dedication.
